And that’s not just the computer network. The phone system Reliable set up for Southwest has had so few dropped calls, they basically have 100% uptime, says Ellman. Plus it’s more logical than their previous system.
Ellman adds that Reliable has also helped the clinic save money by recommending a phone system provider. As a result, Southwest is paying considerably less for a more robust and powerful system.
